3. Installation
Die Injektor-Zumischer Z2 und Z4 sind nach DIN gebaut. Sie sind für definierte Wasserdurchflüsse ausgelegt mit einer Toleranz von ± 10%. Die Arbeitsweise der Zumischer erzeugt - bedingt durch Gewinnung von Ansaugunterdruck für die Schaummittelzufuhr - einen Druckabfall von ca. 33% des Eingangsdrucks. Die Injektor-Zumischer werden in die Schlauchleitung eingekuppelt. Die Ansaugung des Schaummittels erfolgt über einen D-Schlauch aus einem offenen Schaummittelbehälter. Die Zumischer erzeugen ein Wasser-Schaummittel-Gemisch für Handschaumrohre.
4. Construction
The Z2 and Z4 inductors are designed for a defined water flow rate with a tolerance of +/-10%. The inductors have a pressure drop of 33% of the inlet pressure. Connect the inductors to the water line. Foam is drawn through a 25 mm pick-up tube from a container at atmospheric pressure. The preset flow of foam concentrate is continuously added to the water stream.
